Blind rivet in stainless steel, quality A2, with a stainless and serrated mandrel. Blind rivets are used to fasten materials such as sheet metal, metal, or plastic when only one side is accessible. The rivet is compressed using a blind rivet tool or a blind rivet machine, which pulls the mandrel and causes the rivet to expand on the backside of the joined material, creating a strong connection.
